Want to make a difference for our orphans?

We would be very grateful to receive donations of the following:

• kennels/crates (larger sizes)

• dog/cat beds

• scratching posts

• cat litter and boxes

• dog and cat food

• treats and toys

We use Patented Kuranda Dog Beds because they are durable, chew proof and easy to clean. If you would like to donate a bed to us, click here.

As we have many expenses, which include veterinary costs, cash donations are always accepted. SHARES is a registered Alberta Charity #316 774. SHARES relies solely on generous donations and adoption fees to care for our adoptable pets. Every dollar generated goes right back into the care of our adoptable pets.

HBC Community Rewards Programs

SHARES has joined the HBC Community Rewards Program (Zellers, The Bay & Home Outfitters). You can donate your points to SHARES, and with your donated points we can purchase much needed supplies for our adoptable pets.

• Click search community program in the SPCA section

• Safe Haven Animal Rescue Edmonton Society will appear, click on donate points

• Enter the percentage of points to donate and the start and end date of your donation

• Follow the rest of the prompts and it will confirm your donations status
